Gujarat, famous as the home state of Mahatma Gandhi, has a 1600km coastline and also a bit of desert. Some of its most interesting locations are the Jain Temple centres at Palitana and Girnar Hills. Besides the Jain temples, the state’s major attractions include the only habitat of the Asiatic Lions in India (Gir Forests), a desert ride at the Wild Ass Sanctuary and the beautiful Indo-Saracenic Architecture of Ahmedabad. The colourful tribal villages of Kutch are also worth a visit.

Package Itinerary

Day 01:Arrival to Ahmedabad // Jamnagar (315KMS)/6 hrs

Today, proceed to Jamnagar via Rajkot. On arrival at Jamnagar check in to the hotel. In the evening visit Bala Hanuman Temple known for its non stopRamdhun since 1956 and it is mentioned in Guinness Book of World Records. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02:Jamnagar - Dwarka (180km / 3hrs)

Today, proceed to Dwarka. On arrival ch.In at hotel. Free to visitDwarksdhish Temple. Later, take a trip to Bet Dwarka. Visit the Old Temple Of Krishna. On the way to Bet Dwarka, visit Nageshwar Temple - One of the 12th Jyotilingam of Shiva, visit an ancient Temple of Rukmini. Return back to Dwarka. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03 :Dwarka – Somnath via porbandar (230km/ 5 hrs)

Today, proceed to Somnath on route visiting the famous Harshad Mata's Temple situated on top of a hillock. Then Proceed to Somnath. On arrival ch.In at hotel. Later visit the Somnath Temple &BhalkaTirth. Witness aarti, Light and sound show at Somnath Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Somnath – SasanGir (60km/1hrs)

Today proceed to SasanGir on Arrival At sasangir check in to hotel later visit Devalya Park & Take Gir Safari in GirNatinoal Park at on cost time for safari 6.30 am , 9.30 am , 3.30 pm & back to hotel overnight stay at hotel .

Day 05 : Sasangir - Ahmedabad (400km/8hrs)-Delhi

After breakfast early morning proceed to Ahmedabad Airport to board the homebound flight withbeautiful memories to cherish forever.

Destination Details

Known as the Manchester of the East because of the many textile mills located in the city, Ahmedabad is the biggest city in Gujarat and the seventh largest metropolitan in India. Ahmedabad is the most thriving city in west India after Mumbai. Also known as Karnavati or Amdavad, the city is located on the banks of the Sabarmati River, about 30 km south of Gandhinagar, Gujarat’s capital.

Jamnagar the Jewel of Kathiawar, is on the coast of Gulf of Kutch in the state of Gujarat, India. It has unspoilt Islands & Beaches, Hills, Temples, Palaces, Forest, Fantastic Bird life in the Bird Sanctuary & Marine Sanctuaries and Facinating Corals and Marine Life in the Marine National Park.

Original Dwarka believed to be sunken in the sea. Divers till today are researching, after finding the artifacts from the sea floor. Nearby small island is known as Bet Dwarka- Hire a boat from Dwarka to go there. Bet Dwarka is a part mud and part sand beach. Dwarka is 450 kms from Ahmedabad and is well connected by Road and Rail. The nearest Airport is at Rajkot which is 225 kms or Jamnagar which is 121 kms from Dwarka. Most importantly -Dwarkadhish mandir located at the heart of this small city. There are a lot of places around Dwarka which can be covered in a Single Day.

Veraval-Somnath is a city on the west coast of India in the Junagadh district in the state of Gujarat. The Somnath Temple located in the Prabhas Kshetra near Veraval is the most sacred of the twelve Jyotirlings (lingas of light) of the God Shiva. It is the first Jyotirling. Somnath is 465 km. from Ahmedabad and is connected by rail and road. At present, Jet Airways operates passenger flight from Bombay to Diu every day except Thursday, from where it is a further 95km to Somnnath.

The Gir Forest National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary (also known as Sasan-Gir, and गिर वन) is a forest and wildlife sanctuary in Gujarat, India. Established in 1965, with a total area of 1,412 km2 (545 sq mi) (about 258 km2) for the fully protected area the national park and 1,153 km2) for the Sanctuary), the park is located 43 km north-east of Somnath, 65 km south-east of Junagadh and 60 km south-west of Amreli
